MAS are long standing corporate members of the REC (The Recruitment and Employment Confederation) whose qualifications, training, codes of conduct and commitment to high standards, we fully endorse.
We are also GLA (Gang Master Licencing Authority) approved for the purpose of providing staff specifically to the food, agricultural and horticultural sectors. MAS are founder members of the RIB (Recruitment Industry Benchmarking) and a member of the FSB (Federation of Small Business).
The Directors at MAS are Fellows of the REC and hold formal qualifications in recruitment practice; they regularly attend courses and seminars relating to Employment Legislation and other changes within the industry and European Labour Market. Our consultants are fully trained and also attend courses provided by the REC and all operational staff, are expected to achieve a Certificate in Recruitment Practice within two years of joining MAS.
